HTX exchange which was formerly called Huobi global exchange is a centralized exchange (CEX) present in over 100 countries. It was founded in Beijing China in September 2013. Whether you are registering via the website or application, follow these same easy steps:

1. On the sign-up page, click on sign-up.
2. You will be required to either register with your email or phone number.
3. Type in a strong password for your account.
4. Click the send button under the verification code box and a One-Time-Password (OTP) of 6 digits will be sent to your email or phone number as a text message (if you choose to register with your phone number).
5. Type in the code in the verification box and click send.
6. Your registration is complete and your account is activated and ready to use.

Types of HTX Exchange Accounts

The HTX Exchange platform has two types of user accounts depending on the verification type.

• A Personal or Individual account requires your personal details, ID document, and facial recognition to complete the verification process.
• An institutional or Enterprise account verification requires the company’s information, license, legal persons as well as shareholder information.

If you are using the mobile app

1. Open your HTX App and tap the me icon on the bottom of the homepage.

2. Tap on the Unverified button at the top right corner.

3. Tap on -verify- in the Level 1 Basic Permissions.
4. Type in all required personal information such as your nationality, country of residence, last name, first name, and date of birth, and then tap submit.
5. After submitting your details, the Level 1 Basic permission is complete. Continue to Level 2 Basic Permission.
6. Tap on -verify- in the Level 2 Basic Permissions.
7. Select your ID type.
8. upload a clear valid image of the selected ID document. Do not use a black and white photo, The id you selected must be government-issued. The process will be successful if the uploaded ID document is approved. Continue to Level 3 Basic Permission.
9. Tap on -verify- in the Level 3 Basic Permission.
10. Complete the facial recognition process. After your application is approved the verification is successful.

If you are using the website

1. Visit the HTX official website and log in with your account details, email/phone, and password.
2. Click on your profile icon then clean on -unverified- at the top right corner.
3. In the Personal verification box click on -verify now-
4. Click on -verify- in the Level 1 Basic Permissions.
5. Type in all required personal information such as your nationality, country of residence, last name, first name, and date of birth, and then click submit.
6. After submitting your details, the Level 1 Basic permission is complete. Continue to Level 2 Basic Permission.
7. Click on -verify- in the Level 2 Basic Permissions.
8. Select your ID type.

How do I deposit assets on HTX?

1. Visit the HTX official website and log into your account.
2. On the homepage, click on Assets.
3. To add funds to your account, click on deposit.
4.  Choose the coin you want to deposit from the drop-down menu. If you can’t find it then search for it using the search bar.
5. Choose your deposit Network. This is the network chain of the coin you are depositing e.g. TRC20, ERC20, SOLANA.
6. A deposit address will be generated for you to receive the transferred coin. copy this address.
7. paste the address you copied to the platform or wallet you’re sending from. Make sure the address is correct.
8. You will receive your coin into your HTX assets account a few minutes after the deposit has been made and the mandatory security verifications are completed on the transferring account.

How do I withdraw assets on HTX?

1. Visit the HTX official website and log into your account.
2. Click on the Assets menu on the homepage
3. Click on -My assets- and then withdraw.
4. Select the coin you want to withdraw.
5. paste the withdrawal address. Note that this is the address of the wallet or platform you are withdrawing into. Make sure it is correct.
6. Type in the amount you want to withdraw then click on the withdraw button.
7. Check your wallet after a few minutes, you will receive your crypto amount. Note that there is always a withdrawal charge for every transaction made.

Can I buy a coin with fiat currency?

You cannot buy coins directly with your fiat currency as HTX exchange has not set up any available payment method such as using your credit or debit card or transferring directly from your bank account.

Alternatively, you can buy and sell using the P2P trade option. This platform connects you with another trader that you can buy or sell from at a certain price. You do not have to worry about the processes since HTX has put some measures in place to make sure that both parties adhere strictly to the transaction criteria. For instance, when you buy the coin from a trader, HTX will not release the coin to you until the other party confirms that they have received the payment (in fiat currency sent via transfer) after which your coin will be sent directly into your assets crypto account.
